What materials do you use?
Our products are made using a range of precision manufacturing materials depending on the application: bio-based resins, engineering-grade polymers, and specialty composites. All materials are non-toxic, safe for home use, and comply with IS and EU safety standards. For children's toys (Kidodoo range), we use food-safe, certified materials only.
Are your products safe for children?
Yes. All Kidodoo educational toys are made with child-safe, non-toxic materials and are tested for sharp edges, small parts, and structural integrity. They meet applicable IS safety standards for children's products.
Are your religious idols suitable for temple installation?
Yes. Our devotional idols are designed to the correct iconographic specifications for home shrines, temple anterooms, and institutional installations. For formal temple installation (prana pratishtha), please consult your temple's chief priest about consecration procedures.
Can I customise a product?
Yes — custom commissions are one of our core services. Specific deity forms, custom sizes, specific iconographic traditions, shrine installation sets, personalised gifts — all possible. Orders & Lead Times
How long does production take?
Standard products: 3–5 working days. Custom commissions: 7–14 working days (complex shrine sets: 3–4 weeks). Lead time is confirmed at order and may vary during festive seasons (Onam, Diwali, Christmas). We notify you of any delays before dispatch.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order is 1 unit for all standard products. For bulk institutional orders (25+ units) with custom specifications, please contact us directly for a quote and lead time.
Can I see a preview before production begins?
For custom commissions, we provide a digital render for your approval before manufacturing begins. Standard products are produced from approved design files — no preview is required.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Across India — all districts, all states. International shipping to UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, UK, USA, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia. Additional international destinations available on request.
How long does shipping take?
Within Kerala: 1–2 days. Pan-India: 3–5 days standard, 1–2 days express. International: 7–14 days depending on destination and customs processing.
Is my order insured during transit?
All orders are carefully packaged for safe delivery. Fragile items (religious idols, heritage sculptures) are double-boxed with foam protection. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it at no cost.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product?
Standard products: 7-day return window from delivery date. Products must be unused, in original packaging. Custom-commissioned products are non-refundable once manufacturing begins, as they are made specifically to your specification.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Contact us at support@fofus.in or WhatsApp +91 98958 54640 within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We replace damaged items at no cost and arrange pickup of the damaged piece.

Does FOFUS work with schools?
Yes — through our ORCI program, we install ALA maker labs in Kerala schools. Students design and manufacture real products that list on FOFUS. Schools, teachers, and parents can learn more at orci.in.
